Planing ahead is one of the major things you must do to run a successful affiliate marketing business and stay successful.
One of the tools I use is Ms Projects, for my long term and short term goals I do a full project plan with dead lines tasks in detail so that I can measure my progress.
When You have one site it is easy to keep up with all the marketing tasks but ones you have two three site's with task's overlapping time management is essential and important to stay focused.
One of my plans is a year plan with 12 sites, to keep up I print every week a to do list from my plan so that I know what is required of me to complete this plan and stay on track. I allso use some good affiliate junction site's, with very good information to stay on top with the new trends and tricks.
